We usually ship your orders the same or next day.

In The Netherlands your shipment will take 1 working day,

for the rest of Europe consider 4 - 6 days and for all other regions 8 - 10.

Your purchase and payment is save with us. We use MOLLIE as the intermediate banker which allows you to pay via iDeal, Bancontact, PayPal and Credit Card.

IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FOR FREE?

We ship your order for free when you when you are located in The Netherlands, or else when you purchase with us over 50 Euro.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You can ship your order back to us in the first 30 days after you placed your order.

Obviously we only credit you when the product has not been worn and/or harmed during its stay with you.

We versturen jouw bestelling dezelfde of de volgende werkdag. In Nederland ontvang je de bestelling meestal de werkdag daaropvolgend, met uitloop tot drie werkdagen. Voor de rest van Europa rekenen we 4 - 6 en daarbuiten 8 - 10 werkdagen.

IS DE VERZENDING GRATIS?

We versturen jouw bestelling altijd gratis binnen Nederland en anders bij bestellingen boven de 50 euro.

HOE KAN IK MIJN BESTELLING RETOURNEREN?

Als je jouw bestelling terug wilt sturen kan dat binnen 30 dagen na het plaatsen van jouw bestelling.

We geven alleen geld terug wanneer het sieraad niet is gedragen en/of onbeschadigd is.
